About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. The Account Manager ensures that client satisfaction is maintained by strategically planning and providing day-to-day implementation and management of client projects.
Reports to: Account Director or as assigned
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with client contacts and agency team members to identify client communications requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Plan, budget, and implement client projects strategically
- Carry out and supervise public relations, creative, and digital execution programs for client accounts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities to meet client deadlines
- Develop and manage budgets and revenue targets accurately
- Develop communication strategies, execution plans, and editorial content
- Manage and mentor interns and junior-level staff
- Build and maintain quality processes and standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or similar field from a recognized institution
- 7–8 years of full-time experience in public relations, account management, or client service
- Minimum 5 years of agency experience
- At least 3 years of experience managing and mentoring interns and junior-level staff

Preferred Qualifications
- CPR/CIM certification
- Customer Service, Marketing, or Project Management certifications
