## Title: Account Manager – Integrated Practice

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. The Account Manager ensures that client satisfaction is maintained by strategically planning and providing day-to-day implementation and management of client projects. You will work closely with client contacts and agency team members to ensure that the client's communications requirements are identified, and appropriate solutions are recommended, planned, budgeted, and implemented accordingly.

This position reports to the Account Director or as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out and supervise public relations, creative, and digital execution programs for client accounts
  • Build quality processes and standards for account management
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and execution plans
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Develop, write, and manage editorial content and digital strategies
  • Accurately develop and manage budgets and revenue targets
  • Mentor and manage interns and junior-level staff

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or similar field from a recognized institution
  • 7–8 years of full-time experience in public relations, account management, or client service (minimum 5 years of agency experience)
  • At least 3 years of experience managing and mentoring interns and junior-level staff
  • Strong research and analysis skills with proven ability to develop communication strategies
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to accurately develop and manage budgets and revenue targets
