Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage workshop operations and day-to-day activities
• Supervise workshop staff and coordinate team performance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure timely completion of projects and assignments
• Enforce safety protocols and standards within the workshop environment
• Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring operational problems

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar workshop management positions
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
• Familiarity with workshop equipment and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to analyze and solve operational challenges
• Experience in hospitality (an added advantage)
