The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, structural welding, and equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, precision, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication of metal structures and components
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and welding symbols
• Operate and maintain welding machines and related equipment
• Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance on metal parts and machinery
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and worksite protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Welding/Fabrication or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy workshop or construction environment
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good teamwork and communication skills
