We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant passionate about empowering others with remote work skills? Join our team as a Virtual Assistant Trainer and help shape the next generation of remote professionals! Required Qualifications: , Skills & Competencies Required:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in Remote Office Administration
  • Training or teaching experience is a strong advantage Proficient in: Office Productivity: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) & Microsoft Office 365
  • Communication Tools: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype
  • Project Management: Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com Creative & Social: Canva (Basic Design), Social Media Management (Meta Business Suite/Buffer)
  • Experience in email management, complex calendar scheduling, internet research, and lead generation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate, patient, and dedicated to student growth and education
