## Title: Vehicle Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Vehicle Sales Representative to join our team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and establishing strong customer relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and customer segments to drive growth
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement plans to maximize sales and market share
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
  • Conduct end-of-day reconciliation of stocks, sales, and revenue; share daily reports
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification
  • KCSE mean grade of C+ with a minimum of C (plain) in Mathematics
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG or related industry (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Agility and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
