The Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-focused and commercially aware Travel & Tours Consultant to deliver seamless business and leisure travel solutions. As the first point of contact, you will provide expert travel advice, manage end-to-end bookings, and ensure high service standards while driving revenue through value-added services. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on destinations, travel options, pricing, regulations, and documentation, tailoring solutions to individual preferences and budgets
• Plan, book, and manage flight itineraries, accommodation, and related travel services from enquiry to completion
• Support visa facilitation and provide guidance on health and travel compliance requirements
• Issue tickets across multiple airlines using GDS platforms in line with industry standards
• Promote and package outbound tour products while upselling ancillary services such as transfers, insurance, and excursions
• Manage payments and maintain accurate booking records
