About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Hilalium & Sons (Ur Home) Ltd in Nairobi, Kenya as Transportation Personnel.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrange timely delivery of company orders
• Manage transporters and maintain positive relationships with transport partners
• Coordinate with delivery personnel to resolve abnormal situations
• Oversee arrangement, loading, and offloading operations at various warehouses
• Follow up on trucks in transit to customers and monitor delivery costs
• Ensure safety of goods during transportation and prevent theft or robbery
• Update and maintain delivery data records

Required Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Warehousing, Logistics, or Transport from a reputable institution
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• At least 1 year of driving experience with a valid driving licence

Required Skills & Competencies

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Proficiency with computer operations
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, high-accountability environments
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
