About the Role
Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, seeks to recruit a Trade Development Representative to focus on channel visitations and drive retailer awareness for SIMs and Float products. This role emphasizes visibility and merchandising at points of purchase for SSOs and T-Kash agents.

Location
Kisumu East, Kenya
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit Agents, targeting mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores for SSO and Agent expansion
- Visit SSOs and Agents regularly using agreed route plans and beat plans to maintain consistent call rates
- Provide transaction tools and training to SSO and T-Kash Agent outlets on required processes
- Deliver AML training and testing to agents, and KYC process training to SSOs in relation to SIMREG
- Monitor and enforce 1.5x stock cover rules for agents and ensure adequate SIM stock availability at SSO outlets for new registrations and activations
- Develop and maintain merchandising standards by distributing merchandising materials at SSO and Agent outlets
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales and distribution role within FMCG or telecommunications sectors
