About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Tours Consultant to manage the day-to-day servicing of the Drifters account while supporting wider leisure tours operations. This role is operationally intensive, customer-facing, and commercially sensitive, requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering seamless leisure travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of tour bookings for the Drifters account, acting as the main point of contact for clients and partners while ensuring accurate arrangements and timely coordination with suppliers
• Support the execution of leisure tours by preparing itineraries, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring quality control across all bookings
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, professionally address customer feedback and complaints, and ensure tours meet client expectations and brand standards
• Build strong working relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
