About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. As a Territory Trade Marketer, you will drive sales and market expansion for our diaper category within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the diaper category within the territory
- Identify and develop new customers, channels, and growth opportunities
- Ensure product availability, in-store visibility, and correct merchandising at retail outlets
- Execute trade promotions, consumer offers, and in-store activations to drive off-take
- Use sales automation to plan routes, track sales performance, monitor inventory, and report activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Prepare timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports via the sales automation system
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer feedback to support marketing and product improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of FMCG sales experience, ideally in diapers or baby-care products
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive FMCG markets
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Below 40 years of age

- Analytical, result-oriented, and self-driven
