Territory Trade Marketer - NPD Sales (Diaper Category)- Coast/Mombasa at MSVL Group

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive sales growth and market expansion in the diaper category across the Coast/Mombasa territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the diaper category within the assigned territory
• Identify and develop new customers, channels, and growth opportunities
• Ensure product availability, in-store visibility, and correct merchandising at retail outlets
• Execute trade promotions, consumer offers, and in-store activations to drive product off-take
• Use sales automation tools to plan routes, track sales performance, monitor inventory, and report activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
• Prepare timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports via the sales automation system
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer feedback to support marketing and product improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-7 years of FMCG sales experience, ideally in diapers or baby-care products
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive FMCG markets
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Below 40 years of age
