An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Position Overview:
To implement trade execution strategies that ensure product availability, visibility, and growth in market share within the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute sales plans to achieve volume growth and increase market share.
- Ensure products are available, well- stocked, and correctly displayed in all retail outlets.
- Drive secondary sales plans through teams to enhance product movement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Implement promotional, sampling, and marketing campaign activities on-ground.
- Collect and share market and customer feedback.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports on distribution, sales execution, and market insights.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in field sales, trade marketing, or FMCG execution.
- Experience in the listed product categories is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising and trade promotion execution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret market data and make actionable recommendations.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
