About the Role

Hilalium & Sons (Ur Home) Ltd is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a skilled technician to join our after-sales services department in Nairobi.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Repair electronics and home appliances
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed and spare parts used
• Assist sales personnel with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Train and support sales personnel on the functionality and usage of electronics and home appliances
• Perform additional duties related to after-sales services for electronic products

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Craft, Artisan, or Diploma qualification in Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a reputable institution
• At least 1 year of experience in a busy electronics workshop or company dealing with both electronics and home appliances (such as woofers, dispensers, microwaves, gas cookers, fridges, blenders, televisions, fans, pressure cookers, rice cookers, washing machines, and other home appliances)
• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work anywhere in the country
• Available to start immediately
