## Title: Technical Support Associate
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Technical Support Associate to provide comprehensive technical support and help drive system improvements across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to both customers and internal teams across multiple systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve software or system issues promptly and professionally
- Develop and maintain user training materials, documentation, and process guides
- Assist in gathering and defining user requirements to improve system usability
- Collaborate with developers to escalate and resolve technical challenges
- Manage and prioritize support tickets using CRM and helpdesk tools
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of professional experience in technical support or a similar role
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Zoho products (e.g., Zoho Desk, Zoho Billing)
- Familiarity with call center systems and support workflows
- Strong documentation and user training development skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines effectively
