Technical Supervisor at Kinangop Dairy Limited

Main Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of plant equipment condition on a continuous basis
• Carry out specific inspections including basic vibration analysis, noise, temperature, and other electrical and mechanical measurements
• Prepare daily work schedules for preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with equipment needs using MS Excel
• Monitor and maintain equipment history files
• Counter-check parameter settings for all critical equipment and new installations (e.g., alarm levels)
• Perform on-call duties for electrical and mechanical works
• Complete any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• KCSE Grade C+ and above
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and installations in a factory environment
• Competence in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making
• Minimum 3 years' work experience in the Dairy industry
