## Title: Team Leader - Marketing & Sales

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in-store activation initiatives
  • Manage and develop teams of 20+ members
  • Prepare and present reports using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related business field
  • Proven experience working as a Team Leader managing in-store activations
  • Demonstrated relationship management expertise
  • Experience managing teams of 20 or more
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint reporting
