About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to design, implement, manage, and continuously enhance the organization's core IT systems and infrastructure across East Africa. This strategic, hands-on role combines systems administration, systems analysis, systems design, and IT support functions, ensuring that all business-critical platforms are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Assess business requirements to recommend system upgrades and integration strategies
• Design technical architecture and data workflows for scalability
• Advise management on emerging technologies and digital transformation opportunities across East Africa
• Oversee business-critical platforms including ERP, CRM, HR Systems, Transport Systems, and Business Intelligence tools
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows
• Conduct regular system performance reviews to identify gaps and recommend enhancements
