Stores Supervisor - Ital Global, Nairobi

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Our Client in Events Management business is seeking to recruit a fully qualified and talented Store Supervisor as per following brief: - Highlights of Key Responsibilities

• Store operations and inventory control

• Event loading dispatch, and returns

• Supervision and team management

• Maintenance and care of equipment

• Enforcement of health, safety and compliance

• Coordination, reporting and accountability

Required Qualifications: and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in storekeeping, warehouse supervision, logistics supervision or asset management, preferably within events, construction, or related industries.

• Diploma or Certificate in Stores Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is an added advantage.

• NYS training and experience is a strong added advantage and will be considered favourably for supervisory placement.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of inventory control, asset management and record-keeping skills.

• Practical understanding of loading, rigging, and handling of events equipment.

• Ability to supervise teams and manage casual labour effectively.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

• High level of accountability, integrity, and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as dictated by event schedules.

• Basic computer literacy for inventory and reporting.
