## Title: Sous Chef

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and hands-on Culinary professional to join our team as a Sous Chef. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure excellent kitchen operations and food service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Chef in menu planning and execution of culinary duties
Manage kitchen and canteen inventory
Oversee staff management and supervision
Ensure overall kitchen and canteen operations run smoothly
Maintain HACCP compliance standards

Required Qualifications

Culinary professional with hands-on experience
Proficiency in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
