## Title: Senior Sales and Accounts Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Sales and Accounts Manager. We're looking for someone passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and ensuring our clients' vision turns into exceptional, tangible results.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key customers
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication on project timelines, updates, and progress
  • Develop client confidence through regular updates and reporting
  • Align client expectations with design, cost, and execution timelines
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and design changes directly with clients
  • Manage and grow key client accounts through proactive engagement and follow-up
  • Build long-term trust by educating clients on our design and build process

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support early-stage negotiations and handoffs for project delivery

Sales & Business Development

  • Track business metrics including revenues, new acquisitions, deactivations, and engagement on a regular basis to ensure all targets are met
  • Maintain timely invoicing and collection processes
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
  • Spearhead tailored proposals, cost estimates, and presentations for clients
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Represent the organization's craftsmanship and design excellence at client meetings, presentations, and industry events

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in sales and account management, ideally within a bespoke manufacturing or creative production environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-driven professional who thrives in an environment with autonomy and responsibility
  • Solid business acumen
