About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Sales and Accounts Manager. We're looking for someone passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and ensuring our clients' vision turns into exceptional, tangible results.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customers
- Maintain clear, consistent communication on project timelines, updates, and progress
- Develop client confidence through regular updates and reporting
- Align client expectations with design, cost, and execution timelines
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and design changes directly with clients
- Manage and grow key client accounts through proactive engagement and follow-up
- Build long-term trust by educating clients on our design and build process
Project Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution
- Support early-stage negotiations and handoffs for project delivery
Sales & Business Development
- Track business metrics including revenues, new acquisitions, deactivations, and engagement on a regular basis to ensure all targets are met
- Maintain timely invoicing and collection processes
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Spearhead tailored proposals, cost estimates, and presentations for clients
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Represent the organization's craftsmanship and design excellence at client meetings, presentations, and industry events
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in sales and account management, ideally within a bespoke manufacturing or creative production environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-driven professional who thrives in an environment with autonomy and responsibility
- Solid business acumen
