Senior Portfolio Analyst – REITS

Job purpose: The Portfolio Analyst – REITs is responsible for the financial, operational and performance analysis of all properties and portfolios held within CPF Capital-managed REITs, including the IMARA Income REIT (I-REIT). The role supports accurate income forecasting, investor reporting, regulatory compliance and asset-level decision-making to ensure optimal returns and risk management for unitholders Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required Academic and Professional Qualifications/Memberships to professional bodies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business or a related field.

• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA Level I or II, or real estate certification) is an advantage.

Experience: Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate finance, REITs, asset management, pension fund property portfolios or investment analysis.

• Strong financial modelling, Excel and data analysis skills.
