Senior Lecturer - Public Health at Embu University College

Position Overview

We are recruiting for a Senior Lecturer position at Grade 13 level in the Public Health department.

Required Qualifications

• Earned PhD degree in a relevant area of specialty
• Minimum five (5) years of university teaching experience, with at least three (3) years as a full-time Lecturer
• Minimum thirty-two (32) publication points, of which at least twenty-four (24) must be from articles in refereed scholarly journals published since appointment as Lecturer
• Successful supervision of at least four (4) Master's students to completion since appointment as Lecturer
• Evidence of successfully securing at least one (1) research grant since appointment as Lecturer

Required Experience and Evidence

• Documented attendance and contribution at learned conferences, seminars, or workshops
• Evidence of active participation or leadership in university activities
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing research
