An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job specifications For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:

Cumulative service period of Six (6) years relevant work experience three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Human Resource Management and Development Officer I or in a comparable position;

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields; Public Administration, Sociology, BusinessAdministration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution plus s Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution;

Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) Course from a recognized institution;

Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and in good standing;
