About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive for Business Development to join our expanding team. You will drive business growth through strategic sales execution, market intelligence, and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Wholesale & LMT Sales Execution: Drive sales targets by mapping wholesalers and LMTs, managing distributors, strengthening customer relationships, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements
- Product Availability & Market Intelligence: Ensure optimal product range and availability, monitor competitor pricing and activities, and maintain consistent market pricing
- Distributor & Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with distributors, DSRs, and branch teams through regular visits, route accompaniments, and proactive support
- Reporting, Analysis & Risk Management: Track sales performance, analyze market data, share ROI reports, identify growth opportunities, and manage operational sales risks
- Training & Performance Management: Mentor and train DSRs, support distributor sales teams, implement sales programs, and actively participate in performance reviews and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales or a related field
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment demonstrating successful distributor growth
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices
