Senior Alternative Investment Analyst

About the Role

The Senior Alternative Investment Analyst will provide high-level financial modelling, structuring, and investment analysis support for infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and alternative investment transactions. This role is designed to support complex project finance, blended finance, securitisations, and PPP transactions, ensuring that all projects are bankable, financially robust, and aligned with investor and government requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial modelling and investment analysis for infrastructure and alternative investment projects
• Develop project structures and financial models for project finance, blended finance, and securitisation transactions
• Support the analysis and execution of public-private partnership transactions
• Ensure all projects meet bankability standards and are aligned with investor and government requirements
• Provide financial structuring support for complex transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Infrastructure finance
  • Public-private partnership advisory
  • Project finance
  • Development finance institutions
  • Investment banking
  • Infrastructure funds

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Economics, or MBA
• Professional qualification such as CFA, CISI, ICIFA, or ACCA

• Advanced financial modelling skills including:
  • Project finance modelling
  • Internal rate of return (IRR) analysis
  • Debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) calculations
  • Waterfall modelling
  • Sensitivity analysis
