Security Officer at Family Bank Ltd

About the Role

Family Bank Ltd is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a Security Officer to provide comprehensive security and safety protection for all visitors, staff, buildings, assets, collections, and information. You will deliver a holistic and dynamic security environment through physical security management, investigations, and liaison with Law Enforcement Agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure security equipment (break-in alarms, CCTV monitoring, burglary lockdown systems, etc.) is installed, functional, and properly maintained
• Supervise and manage relationships with FBL security service providers and outsourced security firms
• Continuously assess and review the adequacy of security controls in relation to emerging crime, security, and safety trends
• Maintain security and safety standards across all FBL premises through periodic inspection of all security equipment and installations
• Manage access control, CCTV, and other physical security systems at Head Office and branch locations
• Develop, implement, and monitor adherence to physical security procedures across all FBL sites
• Conduct regular inspections of bank premises to identify and resolve security gaps
• Maintain detailed and comprehensive records of all security-related incidents to support transparency and facilitate investigations
• Investigate fraud, theft, and other offences, preparing detailed reports with recommendations
• Plan and deliver internal security training and awareness programmes for FBL and contracted staff
• Coordinate with Police Department and other authorities on investigations involving the bank or its employees
• Represent the bank in court cases involving ex-staff, customers, and third parties by gathering required evidence
