We are seeking passionate and dedicated Sales Team Leaders for the branches listed above.
Required Qualifications:
- Applicants must hold at least a Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers.
- Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
- Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
- Ensure zero tolerance to customer complaints - both internal and external.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding customer information.
- Deliver excellent service in customer relationship management.
