A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
JOB PURPOSE
To increase sales in the Mombasa region by managing HORECA and BNT customers, growing accounts, and meeting set sales targets.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell and promote company products to HORECA and BNT customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and territory coverage.
- Identify and onboard new hotels, restaurants, caterers, distributors, and retailers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and collections.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Submit simple sales and collection reports.
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG sales (HORECA or BNT an added advantage).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and able to work independently.
