## Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated, field-oriented leader who understands regional market dynamics, thrives on performance targets, and can build high-impact sales structures across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional sales teams across the country
  • Drive a monthly target of approximately 3,000 prepaid meters
  • Grow and support agent, dealer, and reseller networks
  • Expand market reach across Nairobi, Mombasa, and upcountry regions
  • Ensure accurate daily and weekly reporting, KPI tracking, and pipeline management
  • Coordinate with outsourced digital marketing teams to convert inbound leads
  • Support new product launches, including the upcoming gas meter range
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in field sales or sales management
  • Background in technical, engineering, metering, FMCG, insurance, or similar industries
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing multi-regional teams
  • Strong CRM, reporting, and digital lead management capability
  • Willingness to travel extensively nationwide
