Sales & Marketing Intern at Morison Engineering Limited (MEL)

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Sales & Marketing Intern.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing strategies to drive sales performance on the e-commerce platform
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of promotional campaigns across digital channels
• Research customer shopping trends to inform assortment selection and identify product gaps
• Ensure high standards of customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer issues and comments via online channels
• Collaborate closely with the demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment
• Provide backup support by manning the showroom and handling the main switchboard as needed
• Prepare detailed reports including weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through rates, and offer code performance
• Support data collection and management to ensure accurate reporting for strategic decision-making
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Relevant experience in digital communication and marketing
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online sales and marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
