The Role:
- You won't just be selling; you'll be building relationships. Your goal is to identify new opportunities, manage existing accounts, and ensure our building materials are the first choice for every major project in the region.
- Market Mastery: Identify and approach potential clients, including contractors and hardware retailers.
- Product Expertise: Showcase our range of building materials and specialized accessories.
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation.
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience specifically in construction materials, hardware goods, or building accessories.
- Solid understanding of the building and construction market.
- An existing awareness of local market trends and industry contacts.
- Strong negotiation tactics, excellent communication.
- Willingness to travel to sites and meet clients face to face.
