Role Purpose
The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate all aspects of unit sales within a Jubilee Life Branch. The role holder will develop strategies and lead initiatives to meet and grow unit sales productivity, headcount, training, recruitment, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend product and skill training organized by Jubilee Life to understand company products and distribution channels
- Prospect and present Jubilee products to prospective customers in the market
- Solicit and procure business on behalf of the company
- Service clients and convey all client information to the company
- Uphold the image and brand of the company
- Achieve new business sales budgets in terms of Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and Gross Written Premiums (GWP) targets for both new and renewal business
- Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment
- Comply with industry code of conduct, company regulations, and all relevant laws and regulations governing insurance trade activities
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum age: 25 years
- Education: Degree or Diploma with minimum Grade C- in KCSE
- Professional qualification: Diploma or Certificate in Insurance (COP)
- Current registration with IRA (Insurance Regulatory Authority)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Management, or minimum 2 years as a successful Sales Agent
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Sales Management
- IT Skills
