About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drive room, conference, and F&B sales to achieve and exceed set targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for corporate, leisure, and group markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the hospitality sector
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of hotel sales and corporate accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage sales initiatives effectively
