## Title: Sales Manager – Hospitality

About the Role

This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within a dynamic hospitality environment. You will lead sales initiatives across multiple revenue streams while building and nurturing key business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive room, conference, and F&B sales to achieve and exceed set targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for corporate, leisure, and group markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the hospitality sector
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales and corporate accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales initiatives effectively
