Sales Intern - Mombasa at Jubilee Insurance

Role Purpose

The role holder will distribute Jubilee Life solutions and serve customers introduced to the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend product and skill training organized by Jubilee Life to understand company products and distribution methods
• Prospect in the market and present Jubilee products to prospective customers
• Solicit and procure business on behalf of the Company
• Service clients and convey all information received from clients to the Company
• Uphold the image and brand of the Company
• Achieve new business sales budget targets including Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and premiums written (GWP) for both new and renewal business
• Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment
• Comply with industry code of conduct, all Company regulations, and relevant laws and regulations governing insurance activities in Kenya

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Graduate, Diploma, or Certificate qualification
• Minimum Grade C- in KCSE
• IT and digital skills
• Self-driven with a positive attitude, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset
