Sales Intern - Kisii at Jubilee Insurance

Role Purpose

The role holder will distribute Jubilee Life solutions and serve customers introduced to the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend product and skill training organized by the company to understand company products and distribution methods
• Prospect in the market and present Jubilee products to prospective customers
• Solicit and procure business on behalf of the company
• Service clients and convey all information received from clients to the company
• Uphold the image and brand of the company
• Achieve new business sales budget targets in terms of Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and Gross Written Premiums (GWP) for both new and renewal business
• Attend all meetings called by sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment
• Comply with industry code of conduct, company regulations, and all relevant laws and regulations governing the trade

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Education level: Graduate, Diploma, or Certificate holder
• Minimum Grade C- in KCSE
• IT and digital skills
• Self-driven, positive attitude, disciplined, and goal-oriented
