About the Role
Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a qualified Sales Executive to drive business growth in the security services sector. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, managing relationships, and contributing to aggressive sales targets within Nairobi and its surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within Nairobi and its environs
- Drive aggressive and targeted sales initiatives to increase the number of guarding clients and deployed guards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and trends within the security industry
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and performance reports to management
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy, aiming to elevate the business to new levels of performance and profitability
- Maintain a strong, active pipeline of potential clients
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Forensic and Criminal Investigations, Security Management, Criminology, or a related field
- Proven experience working in the private security sector, preferably with a Tier 2 security guarding company
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the security industry
