About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and self-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Nakuru County. Successful candidates will be based in one of the following areas: Nakuru Town East, Nakuru Town West, Molo, Bahati, Gilgil, Naivasha, Njoro, or Rongai.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively market and sell Pawapot Electric Pressure Cookers to households, institutions, businesses, health facilities, cooperative societies, and Saccos
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your assigned area
• Manage and administer schedules for business service areas
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of clean cooking
• Prepare regular sales reports and feedback for management
• Provide quality services to clients

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for making a difference to urban and peri-urban families, professionals, and business communities
• Willingness to live and work in the assigned area(s)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Kiswahili
• Passionate, self-driven, and highly organized approach to work
• Ability to operate independently while working toward organizational targets
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
