Sales Executive - Paper and Packaging Industry at Orchid HR Outsourcing

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team in the paper and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and actively seek out new sales prospects in the paper and packaging industry
• Conduct market research to comprehend market trends and identify potential customers
• Create and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients
• Present and market paper and packaging options to potential and existing clients
• Create and deliver persuasive, customized sales presentations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate and close deals to reach and exceed sales goals
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, understand their needs, and provide ongoing support
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales manager to create and execute successful sales strategies
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events to raise brand recognition
• Develop and apply excellent sales strategies and standardized procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Develop and improve pricing models, go-to-market plans, and sales strategies in close collaboration with senior management
• Make strategic recommendations based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends
• Utilize sales technologies and tools to improve the sales process
• Develop and distribute dashboards and sales reports regularly to the sales team and senior management
• Share sales results and offer suggestions for possible areas of improvement

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
• 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the paper and packaging industry or a related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of sales success
