About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Sales Executive to drive business growth in the corporate sector. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that combines business development with relationship management in the telematics industry.
Operational Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Qualify leads and follow up with potential clients to convert them into customers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Understand client needs and propose tailored telematics solutions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales contracts
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and communications
- Collaborate with other departments (technical and customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Stay updated on telematics products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Report on sales performance and market trends to the sales manager
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Business or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience

- Team player with high self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Understanding of the complexity of customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience managing and leading teams to achieve high performance levels
- Experience in the telematics industry (advantageous)
