• Helping customers choose the right car based on their needs and budget

• Explaining vehicle features, pricing, and financing options

• Managing and following up on leads from online inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals

• Conducting test drives and offering professional vehicle demonstrations

• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets

• Preparing sales agreements, documentation, and maintaining CRM updates

• Maintaining strong product knowledge and staying updated on market trends
