We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
What You'll Do
- Lodge Acquisition & Sales Acquisition
- Prospect and onboard new lodges while building strong relationships with general managers, chefs, and procurement officers. Show them how Kijani delivers reliability, savings, and hassle-free ordering.
- Account Growth & SKU Penetration
- Map menu cycles and procurement patterns to help lodges streamline their purchasing. Introduce them to our full catalogue and shift them from chaotic, ad-hoc orders to predictable monthly procurement.
- Drive Adoption of Our Platform
- Guide lodges through our Procurement OS—from initial audits to WhatsApp-based ordering, demand planning, and automated replenishment. Make their lives easier.
- Deliver Exceptional Service
- Conduct regular account reviews, resolve service issues quickly, and ensure every lodge gets accurate deliveries and clear communication.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Identify new sourcing opportunities, competitive pricing, and regional lodge openings.Report weekly on revenue progress,lodge movement, pipeline, and risk.Maintain accurate CRM data, lodge insights, and procurement cycles.
- 3–5 years in sales, account management, or client-facing roles
- Background in hospitality, tourism, food distribution, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain
- Familiarity with the Mara lodge ecosystem or safari hospitality is a major plus
- Natural relationship builder with strong communication skills (written, spoken,online)
- Analytical mindset—you can spot patterns in procurement data and turn them into opportunities
- Comfortable with CRM tools and structured reporting
- Valid driver's license and confident driving across varied terrain
- Ready to travel regularly across lodge clusters
