Position Overview

We are recruiting Sales Agents for our branches in Mombasa, Nairobi, Kisumu, and Thika. This is a field-based sales role focused on acquiring new clients and growing our market presence in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals
• Build and grow client portfolio within assigned region
• Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years' proven experience in field sales within the tracking industry
• Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience from a vehicle tracking company
• Knowledge of local dialects in Mombasa, Nairobi, Kisumu, or Thika regions
