Position Overview

We are recruiting Sales Agents for our branches in Mombasa, Nairobi, Kisumu, and Thika. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated sales professionals to build and expand our client base in their assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals
• Build and grow client portfolio within assigned region
• Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the tracking industry
• Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Desired Attributes

• Experience from a vehicle tracking company
• Knowledge of local dialects in your assigned region
• Well-groomed, presentable appearance with enthusiasm and energy
