The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring store standards, people discipline, and brand representation are consistently upheld across all locations.
Key focus areas include:
  • Driving and exceeding store sales targets
  • Coaching, training, and developing retail sales teams
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and brand consistency
  • Overseeing stock control, compliance, and operational discipline
  • Monitoring sales trends and reporting performance
  • Travelling across stores to support teams and improve performance
