About the Role

Bank of Africa Kenya Limited seeks a dedicated Retail Relationship Officer to drive customer engagement and business growth across the retail banking portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of retail customers with focus on product penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Grow branch fees and commissions through targeted product and service offerings to the retail portfolio
• Proactively manage and review credit applications to reduce the possibility of non-performing assets (NPA)
• Participate in marketing activities within business areas to maximize growth
• Drive relationship management through customer acquisition and retention in line with the Bank's strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in business development
• Strong knowledge of the local banking industry, banking products, services, and regulations

• Proficiency in sales and relationship management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Sound financial management skills with proficiency in analyzing financial data
