Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers across multiple branches including: Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and service clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable advice on suitable insurance solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and client needs
• Prepare reports on sales activities and market findings
• Handle customer queries and provide professional support
• Collaborate with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance or marketing certification

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong sales and marketing skills with proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to conduct market research
• Proficiency in time management and goal setting
• Professional ethics in all business dealings
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in sales or insurance (preferred)
