Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer. You will be based at one of our branches including: Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, or Wote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and service clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets and close sales consistently
• Conduct market research and analyze client needs
• Provide reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Collaborate with different teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance or marketing certification (preferred)
