Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers across multiple branches including Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and service clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable and professional advice
• Achieve sales targets and close sales effectively
• Conduct market research and recommend tailored insurance solutions to clients
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Handle customer queries and provide exceptional service delivery
• Collaborate with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance or marketing certification
