Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present meals to the highest standards
• Plan and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and kitchen sanitation standards

• Manage inventory, portion control, and minimize waste

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant or hotel
• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Food Production
• Strong knowledge of both local and international cuisines
• Excellent leadership and multitasking abilities
• Creativity, discipline, and a commitment to quality service
